Nathan Trent Represents Austria with "Running On Air"-ESC 2017

Pop/R&B artist Nathan Trent represents Austria this year in the Eurovision Song Contest with "Running On Air."

A good mood-inducing track, "Running On Air" touches upon subjects like hope and believing in yourself and was written and partially recorded in Los Angeles. Trent co-wrote and co-composed the song with hit-making Austrian composer/arranger/producer Bernhard Penzias.

The son of an Italian mother and Austrian father, Trent was raised bilingual in German and Italian and has been writing his own songs since he was 11 years old. He competes in the second semi-final on May 11.
