WNT-AL-N (pronounced "Went All In") is definitely an artist to keep on your radar.

The singer and creative mastermind, who has received praise from hip hop legend Missy Elliott and platinum producer Drumma Boy, has called more than 30 places home throughout his life and his unique Caribbean fusion is intertwined with all of the culture he has absorbed during his travels.

"I'm just a kid from ATL that wanted to get out and experience the world and did," he told Musical Notes Global. "Music is my first love and is what drives much of what I do. I also have a dance background—art and human expression is what speaks to me the most. I've lived overseas for a lot of my adult life and travel, history, culture has always been a part of life since a young age. I'm a drummer and percussionist first and have been in all kinds of bands and played all kinds of music but seriously...everything I come across inspires me. What you see is a reflection of my life experiences."

The multi-talented artist just dropped his eclectic and colorful debut single "Way Out," a crazy cool fusion of hip-hop, trap, pop, and funk. "It feels amazing to finally have music out!" he said about releasing the track. "The time that has gone into developing can feel like forever so it's exciting. 'Way Out' is a melting pot of culture (like what you'll hear from me in the future) but still maintains the integrity of the cultural influences. I wanted listeners to feel my energy, to see that everything doesn't have to sound the same...that this train is gonna be on a different railway and really just to have fun and always be inspired."

Dynamic, spirited, and invigorating, the song is just as vibrant as its bold cover art and is the perfect introduction to WNT-AL-N the artist and human being. Focusing on his belief that we should always live life to the fullest, it reminds us not to get bogged down in the monotony of everyday life. "Like I say in the song 'IOLO' (I only live once) is my motto and I want to experience and give as much life as I can during my time here. It was inspired by that choice to live freely, traveling and living in other places. To make the uncomfortable comfortable."

To help him bring his vision to life, WNT-AL-N teamed up with The Art Teacher, one of Dr. Dre's producers. "'Way Out' was the first record that The Art Teacher and I did together," he said. "It happened fast—we co-produced and I wrote it in one session. His eclectic understanding of music and sonics mixed with my first-hand music and world experience allowed us to bring different genres and throw them into this gumbo sonic experience. It's 'All In' and that's how I roll in everything I do."
