Following the successful release of "Let Me Know," Galimatias has dropped yet another single that puts his genre-defying work on display.

Super smooth with a pulsating beat, the Danish LA-based artist's latest single "Blowback" is another great example of how Galamatias continues to blow open the boundaries of the electronic music scene with a unique approach and a human touch. In "Blowback," he flawlessly integrates his inspired, organic sound design and R&B-influenced vocals with a sample of Barbara Lewis' 1963 hit "Hello Stranger."

"I was really excited to get permission from Barbara Lewis to sample her song as it's one of my absolute favorites," Galamatis revealed. "With Blowback I tried to compliment the aesthetic of the original with my composition, not letting electronic elements overpower the intimacy of the song."

Galimatias experienced tremendous success in 2015 with his EP Urban Flora, which was created in collaboration with singer-songwriter Alina Baraz. Garnering over 400 million streams across platforms, it hit #1 on Billboard's Heatseekers Chart and #1 on the iTunes Electronic Chart.
